The goal was to create a model of excellence for 0\u20135 services\u2014capable of attracting investments, ensuring widespread quality, and placing the child at the center of educational priorities.<\/p>\n\n<p>In this process, ADEK selected the <strong>Learning by Languages\u00ae team<\/strong> for a comprehensive technical-pedagogical consultancy.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong>Objectives<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Define <strong>clear and innovative quality standards<\/strong> for the creation and management of educational services for the 0\u20135 age group.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Build a regulatory and operational framework capable of guiding both <strong>public and private investments<\/strong> in the educational sector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integrate the <strong>Learning by Languages\u00ae<\/strong> method with international approaches, European best practices, and the<strong> local cultural and regulatory context<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong> The Contribution of Learning by Languages\u00ae<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>The project involved multiple levels, within an integrated and multidisciplinary process:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pedagogical Guidelines<\/strong>: Defining educational principles and criteria for 0\u20135 settings, inspired by socio-constructivist models and grounded in real-world experience from educational services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Engineering Standards<\/strong>: Establishing technical and architectural standards for the design of spaces and furnishings, aligned with the pedagogical project and focusing on safety, accessibility, sensory and aesthetic quality, and sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Health &amp; Safety Standards<\/strong>: Developing international parameters adapted to local regulations to ensure the physical and emotional well-being of both children and adults.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Business Planning and Investor Kit<\/strong>: Creating practical tools to assess the economic sustainability of educational projects and support the attraction of private investment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>The consultancy was conducted through ongoing dialogue with ADEK representatives, embracing a perspective of <strong>institutional co-design<\/strong> and <strong>integration of educational, management, and structural aspects<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong>Results<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Production of <strong>detailed, structured, and practical technical documentation<\/strong> adopted as a reference for new educational services.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Introduction of <strong>quality assessment tools that can be replicated nationwide<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Strengthening institutional competencies in integrated educational design<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Promotion of a <strong>sustainable, innovative, and culturally rooted<\/strong> <strong>model<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-pale-cyan-blue-background-color has-background\"><strong>Significance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p>This project demonstrates how it is possible to <strong>build high-quality educational systems based on an integrated vision<\/strong> in which pedagogy, architecture, governance, and economic sustainability work in synergy with local culture.
