Learning by Languages at Didacta 2026

Three days of meetings, books and workshops at Stand W14 – Spadolini Attico Pavilion

Learning by Languages will be present at Didacta Italia 2026 from March 11 to 13 at Stand W14 – Spadolini Attico Pavilion, with Educademi and Edizioni Junior.

The stand will be a vibrant space: a place for professional dialogue and exchange, but also for hands-on experience through workshops and presentations centered on books, materials and practices developed within the Learning by Languages system.

Workshops for Teachers

A key part of the fair program will be the workshops dedicated to the Learning by Languages “Learn&Play” collection, which includes books and teaching tools designed to support the educational relationship between adults and children.

Workshops will take place on:

  • Thursday, March 12 (12:40 PM and 3:40 PM)
  • Friday, March 13 (2:40 PM)

With Roberta Prandi, Elena Costi and Sara Cavallini, participants will experience games and tools that foster English language learning for children aged 0–8 in an engaging and enjoyable way. The sessions will also present books and activities that promote the use of expressive languages in early childhood education.

Picture books, activity cards and practical strategies will become tools for building coherent, engaging language pathways that can be immediately transferred into daily practice.

The approach reflects the core philosophy of Learning by Languages: integration of play, storytelling, structured materials and intentional educational design.

LBL Books in Dialogue with Educational Practice

Alongside the workshops, the stand will host presentations dedicated to volumes developed through Learning by Languages research, exploring the relationship between languages, spaces, creativity and learning.

On Wednesday, March 11, “The Atelier that Regenerates” will be presented with Lorenzo Manera, Sabrina Bonaccini and Mariaelena Bega. The book reflects on the atelier as an approach to knowledge capable of activating processes of research, experimentation and language construction in educational services, as well as fostering social innovation in local communities.

On the same day, the theme of making and building will be at the center of two events dedicated to “Constructive Play”:

  • A workshop with Mao Fusina and Mariaelena Bega (1:40 PM)
  • In the afternoon (4:30 PM), a book presentation with Mao Fusina, Mariaelena Bega and Sabrina Bonaccini

Here, constructive play becomes language, a structuring experience and a pedagogical device capable of intertwining cognitive, creative and relational dimensions.

These events are not simply editorial presentations, but opportunities to understand how LBL books arise from concrete experience within educational services and are transformed into operational tools for teachers and educators.

A Place to Meet the Learning by Languages Team

Throughout the fair, the team will be present at the stand to meet those interested in learning more about the method, discovering the materials, discussing training pathways or exploring collaborations with schools and educational services.

If you are designing an innovation pathway for your educational service or school and would like to explore the Learning by Languages system of products and services more closely, come and meet us.
