Context
In 2010, the OTB – Diesel Group decided to invest in the well-being of its employees’ families by creating an internal company nursery and preschool located at its headquarters in Breganze (VI). This gave rise to Brave Garden—a custom-designed educational service intended to meet employees’ needs, support work-life balance, and offer children a safe, welcoming, and stimulating environment.
The educational service applies the Learning by Languages® method. From the earliest stages, our team collaborated with the company, creating an integrated project where educational, organizational, and design principles coexist in harmony. The innovative nature of this service is also linked to the use of new technologies for early childhood education, staying close to digital languages to enhance knowledge and learning.
The nursery’s extensive and richly equipped park becomes a setting for outdoor experiences connected to nature and its phenomena. In partnership with Slow Food, a garden was established, designed to promote ecological and environmental awareness among children, families, and the broader community.
The Contribution of Learning by Languages®
Brave Garden is a concrete example of our team’s ability to:
- offer customized educational solutions for companies of all sizes;
- competently and continuously manage early childhood services within the corporate world;
- co-design both educational aspects and the design of furnishings, developed to encourage autonomy, relationships, and safety, while also respecting sustainability and aesthetic considerations, in alignment with the company’s identity
Results
- A service operating successfully for over a decade, appreciated by both families and the company.
- High levels of employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- A tangible contribution to corporate welfare and the enhancement of human resources
- A replicable model in which the integration between educational projects and corporate organization is real and measurable
Significance
The experience of Brave Garden shows that it’s possible to create high-quality corporate educational services capable of reflecting the company’s values and meeting its specific needs.
The Learning by Languages® team supports companies in every phase: from needs analysis to shared design, from defining environments to launching and managing the service.
Each project is unique, but what never changes is our ability to combine educational expertise, systemic vision, and operational flexibility.
Renzo Rosso (founder of Diesel) states: “The nursery and school are part of the overall Diesel Village project, and this service, too, aims to give our employees peace of mind and joy, which translates into greater serenity both at work and at home. I’ve done many things in my life, but never nurseries. Taking on children’s education is a delicate matter, but I am very satisfied.”
